I decided to dress up as Little Red Riding Hood for Halloween this year and one of the criticisms that I received at one of the parties was that I didn't have any treats in my basket.
To remedy this, I went on a search for pumpkin chocolate chip cookies so that I could put them in the basket to bring to work.

I did adapt the recipe and used 1 cup coconut oil in place of the 1 cup of butter.
